1. Shipping Information
We ship across Greece and the European Union.
Shipping within Greece
- Orders above €50 → Free shipping
- Orders below €50 → Flat fee of €5 (via BoxNow or other courier service)
Delivery time in Greece: 2–4 business days.
Shipping to European Union countries
We use DHL for all international shipments within the EU.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on the weight of your order and the delivery address.
Delivery time to EU countries: 3–7 business days.
Packaging & Safety
All necessary steps and packaging conditions are taken to ensure safe delivery of our products. Your order is carefully prepared and protected for transport.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Important Notes
- We currently ship only within the European Union.
- Any potential customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient (though these are rare within the EU).

Refunds
